How I Survive Cancer:

My detailed information and plenty of links and information are documented in my blog. http://www.renalcarcinoid.com

I was diagnosed Feb 2002 with a diagnosis of neuroendocrine carcinoma, intermediate grade (later classified as a renal carcinoid).

I have seen/worked with many carcinoid MD's in managing my very rare disease (Renal NET Primary). I am currently working with a MD in James Cancer Center, and with some of the most brilliant physicians treating this disease in Bad Berka Zentraklinik, Germany (Dr Richard Baum).

My blog/web site is entitled "My Journey thru Neuroendocrine Carcinoma Cancer Hell & adventures walking thru it!"

I realized in 2008 that I needed to find a way to "get back" at this disease that has managed to mess up my life totally. The best way so far has been via my blog, become a patient advocate, share medical information & raise money for carcinoid research.
